Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unwashed and unworn
- In original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks and swaddles unless they are defective or incorrect items.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items once we receive the returned products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (like the wrong size of shoes or sandals), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
